Tele role – OB NP in California

We are seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) with OB experience to join a growing telehealth team. This role focuses on structured follow-up calls with patients, supporting continuity of care and ensuring timely communication of provider-directed plans.

This is an organized, workflow-based position ideal for providers who are comfortable managing a steady patient queue and documenting encounters accurately.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct telephone follow-up visits with OB patients

•Communicate care plans, treatment guidance, and medication instructions

•Address patient concerns and identify follow-up needs

•Document all patient interactions in the facility’s EMR

•Record both successful and attempted outreach efforts

•Escalate clinical concerns when appropriate

•Schedule & Expectations

•Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)

•Fixed weekday shifts

•Manage a daily patient list

•Maintain consistent outreach and documentation throughout the shift

•Submit daily activity reports

Qualifications

•Active California Nurse Practitioner license

•Certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

•Experience in obstetrics or women’s health required

•Strong communication and patient engagement skills

•Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment

•Proficient with EMR documentation
