Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Telehealth (Texas License Required)

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide outpatient telepsychiatry services for a growing practice in Texas. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with 4 guaranteed hours per week and the potential for increased volume over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient telehealth psychiatric services to scheduled patients
• Conduct:
• Initial consultations (60 minutes)
• Follow-up evaluations (30 minutes)
• Work under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Complete documentation in Truebridge EMR

Patient Population

• Approximately 20 patients per month
• Equal mix of:
• Adults
• Children/adolescents (ages 5–18) with ADHD

Schedule

• Preferred coverage day: Wednesday
• Guaranteed: 4 hours per week
• Potential for additional hours as volume grows

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Texas PMHNP license
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Strong communication and psychiatric assessment skills

• Fully remote telepsychiatry role
• Training provided at the start of assignment
