Pediatric Endocrinologist – Telehealth Pager Call Coverage

Flexible remote role providing expert pediatric endocrinology consults from anywhere.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to provide telehealth pager call coverage. This is a flexible opportunity to deliver consultative support without the need for on-site presence.
Schedule

• Seven days a week
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Pacific Time)
• One full week of coverage at a time

Responsibilities

• Provide pager call coverage for pediatric endocrinology cases
• Handle two types of consults:
  • Curbside Consults
  • Regular Consults
• Document recommendations in Epic EMR
• Respond within 4 hours of call

Expected Call Volume (per week)

• Curbside Consults: 3–5 calls
• Regular Consults: 2–3 guaranteed calls

Compensation

• Competitive rates — details discussed during interview

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Comfortable with telehealth consults and pager coverage
• Reliable access to Epic EMR

Additional Information

• Credentialing Period: 30–60 days
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling
