Position Overview
Alina Telehealth is seeking two licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to join our growing multi-specialty behavioral health team in Missouri City, TX.
This is a fully in-person role providing therapy sessions at our Riverstone Blvd clinic. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-person individual and/or group therapy sessions.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with behavioral or emotional challenges.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Schedule & Location
- Location: Riverstone Blvd, Missouri City, TX 77459
- Work Format: In-person only
- Schedule: Flexible (Weekdays preferred; weekends optional)
- Hours: Choose between 4-hour or 8-hour shifts depending on availability
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Texas license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, or related field
- Strong therapeutic, diagnostic, and documentation skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Passion for patient-centered behavioral healthcare
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on experience and availability.
