Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – In – Person Disability Evaluation (Clinic Required) | Multiple Locations
Overview
We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to conduct in-person disability evaluations for veterans across multiple locations in the U.S.
Providers must have access to their own clinic or private office to perform evaluations.
This is an evaluation-only role with no ongoing patient care responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct structured medical evaluations in your clinic or office
- Review VA-documented conditions
- Assess impact on daily functioning
- Complete DBQ documentation

- Malpractice insurance (including tail) provided
- Each evaluation takes approximately 30–40 minutes
- 1099 contractor role

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted state license
- Must have access to a private clinic or office (required for this role)
