You will conduct structured medical evaluations based on pre-documented diagnoses, with forms and templates prepared in advance.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform in-person medical evaluations at your clinic or office
- Review existing documentation and assess functional impact
- Complete pre-filled examination forms using secure software
- Provide clear, structured findings — no treatment, no prescribing

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Oklahoma medical license
